WOMEN & ADOLESCENTS
A Look at Some of Our Latest Work
WORKSHOP: SUPER SCIENCE BEHIND MENSTRUAL PRACTICES
After years of working on decoding menstrual practices, we are now taking this native knowledge to girls and women. Our workshop "Super Science Behind Menstrual Practices" covers the length and breadth of Menstrual Science, especially the science behind traditional menstrual practices, and its important role in prevention of menstrual disorders, through the lens of Ayurveda. If you have questions on why women are restricted from visiting temples, cooking food, heavy physical work, etc during menstruation, then this is where you will find answers.
Get it touch if you wish to organize this workshop in a college, workspace or among your circle of friends and family.
PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT WORKPLACE
As per the Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013, we help organizations in conducting gender neutral employee orientation workshops, form Internal Complaints Committee and put together a policy to prevent Sexual Harassment at Workplace. Our workshops have a male as well as female facilitator to ensure that all employees feel at ease while discussing sensitive issues. The workshop enables employees to understand the legal provisions under the Act, and enables employers to implement policies to prevent sexual harassment at their workplace.
