Reach Us

We offer the following services to organizations to help organizations implement The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013.

1. Assisting in Prevention

The law mandates organizations to undertake preventive measures such that all employees are aware of the company's stance on Sexual Harassment, who to reach out to in case of sexual harassment and the penalty in case of violation . We assist organizations to prevent occurrence of Sexual Harassment by the following means:

  • Gender sensitization workshops and discussions
  • Workshops to impart awareness about the Act and its provisions to all employees
  • Separate workshops for housekeeping staff, security personnel, etc in local language
  • Counselling facilities on request
  • Customized posters for display at your workplace

2. Assisting in Prohibition
We assist Employeers and the Internal Complaints Committee in understanding and implementing the Act. We also help in customizing the policy to suit your workplace, by providing assistance and guidance in the following aspects:

  • Forming the Internal Complaints Committee
  • Drafting the policy on Preventing Sexual Harassment and customising it to your workplace
  • Assistance in putting together needed structure to document and report all cases and occurrences

3. Assisting in Redressal

Providing efficient redressal mechanisms is of utmost importance. We assist organizations by

  • Training the Employeers and the Internal Complaints Committee to handle complaints of sexual harassment
  • Providing third party guidance if and when a complaint is registered

In public interest and as part of spreading awareness on prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace, we at Mythri Speaks, are sharing information and conducting workshops about The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013.

As you probably are aware, the law MANDATES all organizations having more than 10 employees to constitute a Policy on Prevention of SexualHarassment, form an Internal Complaints Committee and undertake preventive measures. Failing this, the organizations could be fined and subsequent non-compliance can even lead to cancellation of licence/registration.
