As you probably are aware, the law MANDATES all organizations having more than 10 employees to constitute a Policy on Prevention of SexualHarassment, form an Internal Complaints Committee and undertake preventive measures. Failing this, the organizations could be fined and subsequent non-compliance can even lead to cancellation of licence/registration.
